I'm a busy working parent with two wonderful children and a great husband. Our schedule is crazy busy and packed with church, youth group and sporting events. Along with church and school, we run a small business out of our home and my husband is publishing his first book. If that isn't enough, I've finally decided to make my health a priority this year with the goal of losing 100 pounds.
