The kids came to work with mom today so at lunchtime we went outside of Davison and had a snowball fight. It was friendly - well sort of.

January 2009 - Snow in North Carolina
What a great site to wake up to this morning - snow!! School was closed and no basketball game tonight so a full day off for the children.

Mendies Haven
We are very excited to say that with your help, we were able to send $1500 to Mendies Haven for the children for Christmas. Charles & Susan and David and Jessica have moved to Nepal and are getting settled.
They have started a webpage for Mendies Haven that has information about all the children (there is a link from our blog). Please continue to pray for Mendies Haven, the Mendies family in their transition to Nepal and especially the children.
